Chupsie Travels: Bangkok, Thailand

wp-image-719940126.jpg

Why Bangkok? This city is one of the most famous gay destinations in the world. Bangkok probably has the best gay nightlife in Southeast Asia. It’s even bigger and better than my beloved Manila – be it a bar, club, spa, or sauna. This beautiful city takes great pride in catering to the gay crowd thus, dubbing it as the gay capital of Asia.

This was me telling my curious mind to look beyond the horizon.

Bangkok City…I fell in love with this city instantly. Ganyan talaga ako madaling ma-fall. And, so far, di pa naman niya ako nasasaktan. Char!!! To all the gay men out there who’re looking for places and things to see and experience while in Bangkok, you might want to check these out!

Spa: Arena Spa

This is one of the most established gay spas in Bangkok. They have a fairly good-looking selection of boys. The place and facilities is a bit of a let-down though. Although, their prices for the massage and a required tip are cheaper than their counterparts. To know more click HERE.

This spa offers great Thai massage from male masseurs. They have cheaper rates for their massages and minimum tip. Although, their masseurs don’t look promising in terms of attractiveness. Still, it is a good option for a quick massage fix.

Bar: Tawan

Silom Soi 6, Bangkok, Thailand

Open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Probably the oldest gay bar in Bangkok, Tawan is well-known for its muscle show. There was no entry fee but I was asked to buy one drink for 400 Baht. The night has two special segments, with the first one starting 10:45 PM. The guys are former bodybuilders and some muscle bears. There are some drag queen performances as intermissions. The main highlight of the night would be seeing naked muscle men performing rowdy acts (while wearing condoms) that I’ve never seen before.

Bar: Dream Boy Paradiso

Address: 1 Thanon Patpong 1, Khwaeng Suriya Wong, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.

Open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Dream Boy was previously located in Soi Twilight. We went there at around 10:00 PM, which was the start of their main program with 5 special shows. The production is better compared to other bars, which includes drag queen performances.

They had a lot of young boys. They were more on the twink side, yet they appeared manly. A lot of kings/tops were among them. A few of them would perform in the nude with hard-ons (while wearing condoms).

Today, they are now known as Dream Boy Paradiso with a new location in Patpong. You can enter for free and have one drink for 450 Baht. They now pride themselves on having Thai boys only in their roster.
